About Night Sweats
Night Sweats is a small-group wellness retreat in Missoula that brings together movement, breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, contrast therapy, nature, and community.
It’s a chance to step out of the noise, into the mountains, and back into what matters — your health, your people, and a more grounded you. If someone is searching for a day retreat near me, this is that feeling in a simple Saturday-night format.
Sauna. Cold plunge. Breathwork. Community.
The experience
Get the body moving and feel more alive.
Guided breathwork to help you slow down, reset, and be present.
Sauna time for deep heat, release, and recovery.
Cold plunge and contrast therapy to build resilience and clarity — with no pressure to prove anything and no “hero” mentality.
Good people. Real conversations. A stronger community.

Getting there

Hosted by Jules
Jules Washington brings 11 years of personal training experience, with a focus on helping people build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence.
He has also spent 8 years practicing Wim Hof Method–style breathwork and Pranayama, developing extensive experience with breath training, cold exposure, and nervous-system regulation.
His specialty is ground-based movement and joint resilience, including joint strength, mobility, safe falling techniques, and helping people improve their ability to get down to and up from the floor without using their hands.
The goal is practical: help people become stronger, more capable, more mobile, and more confident in their bodies.
Every part of Night Sweats is voluntary. Listen to your body, opt out when you want, and use the experience in a way that actually helps you feel better.
